Personal Branding Photoshoot: Sustainable Salon - Lola Fortune
Earlier this month I had the pleasure of photographing the ladies of Lola Fortune, a zero-waste + sustainable salon in Brunswick.
The most rewarding part of my work is partnering with businesses that exist to make a difference. These are the individuals and organizations that choose what's right over what's easy and care about their role and impact in the community.
I'm such a fan of this salon and the ladies that work there, so I was really pumped to do a branding photoshoot with them to capture the team and their beautifully designed space.
Here are just a few reasons I love to support Lola:
- They partner with Sustainable Salons Australia to recycle 95% of the salon's waste
- They use Australian, Cruelty-Free, Natural products whenever possible
- They compost their green waste
- They do a monthly haircut giveaway where you can nominate someone who has had a tough time and needs a bit of TLC
- They support other local businesses like @grow__slow (which turns the salon into a magical urban jungle.)
- They are the nicest humans and always make you feel welcome with their warm smiles.
