Postcard from Lerici, Italy

Arrived in: Lerici after a 3+ hour train ride from Milan. 

My first impression is: SUNSHINE + OCEAN. I'm feeling right at home in this little coastal town. 

I'm most excited about: having coffee with an ocean view tomorrow morning and visiting Cinque Terre & Portovenere.

I'm surprised that: for the minimum amount of sleep I've gotten, I feel really energized.  

I learned: that night photography is REALLY fun.  It was a clear evening so my sister, brother in law and I took a walk around town to snap nightlife shots. This could definitely become a new addiction- I mean, hobby. 

The best thing is that: I'm here with my entire family for a week!
