Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of photographing Lily, the founder of Waves + Flow, against the stunning backdrop of Bells Beach. Known for its rugged cliffs and rhythmic waves, Bells provided the perfect setting to reflect the essence of Lily’s brand—a harmonious blend of movement, stillness, and connection to nature.​

Waves + Flow is more than just a wellness space; it's a sanctuary where Pilates, yoga, and meditation come together to nurture the body and soul. Lily's vision is to create a community where individuals feel grounded, calm, and cared for. During our shoot, we aimed to capture this vision by highlighting the natural elements that resonate with her brand's philosophy.​
